Background of WWW
WAVE, a Himalmedia publication, has initiated the Wave Web Winner web-designing competition in order to promote local web designers. The competition is open to all Nepalis residing in Nepal, and targeted towards the youth. Initiated in 2002, the competition enters its third edition with the WWW 2004.

WWW 2003
After the success of WWW 2002, the organizers added a little extra into this competition. Apart from three overall winners, the jury was asked to pick out individual winners in three categories:
